To me, an elevated presence is one that is confident, powerful, and stands out. The primary purpose of this workshop is to motivate, inspire, and empower women to show up as their most confident selves to make an impression and perform at their best. When we can break down the walls of self-doubt and replace them with confidence, we are at our very best for ourselves and our entire team. I not only bring my experience of two decades in broadcast journalism; I bring my journey of empowerment to be the strong and confident person I am today. And believe it or not, I was not always confident! Even though you may have seen me smiling on TV, I was struggling at times. So if I can put in the work to shift my mindset and build more confidence, so can you!
